Pastor Guzman's ministry started back in 1971 when he accepted Christ as his personal savior.  Once Christ has his life, he was never the same.  He immediately began working in his local church.  He worked closely with his pastor and with the youth Pastor.  He was faithful to what God had for him, so God entrusted him with more.  God spoke to his heart and Pastor Guzman moved his family to Lynchburg, Virginia to attend Thomas Road Baptist Seminary. 

In November of 1993, Pastor Guzman accepted the pastorate at Kings Mills Baptist Church.

Anna became the church secretary starting in September of 2001. Previously Heidi, her daughter, served for several years before stepping down. Mrs. Guzman has been faithfully serving along side Pastor Guzman since coming to KMBC and is now continuing to serve in the capacity of church secretary.
